T.O.S. (Transport & Offshore Services) and the German towing company Hans Schramm & Sohn Schleppschifffahrt have signed a contract for the ship delivery and total crewing of the NavTug© FlatTop "Torsten". In the beginning of this month Mr Torsten Andritter-Witt (Managing Director) and Mr. Kees Wagenaar (Managing Director T.O.S.) signed the total crewing contract.
